1. When you contact Leisure and Lifestyle Landscaping please be sure to leave all your phone numbers in case we can’t take your first call.

2. The initial phone call covers what you have in mind and we may just give some advice. A suitable time will be arranged for a consultation visit to your site.

3. The initial on site visit will take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. It will consist of an exchange of ideas, discussions about what is practical and what is not, discussions regarding project budgets etc. It is most helpful if you have an idea of a budget prior to these discussions. By the end of the initial consultation, you will know what can and can’t be done and an estimate of the cost involved.

4. After the initial consultation many of our clients like to have private discussions regarding the cost estimates and the basics of the design, such as items that are essential, and those that are optional according to budgetary constraints.

5. Once you have had time to discuss and agree on design options and budgets, you simply advise us if you are ready for the next step. Of course by now we are all on the same wave length as far as what is to be included and what the budget boundaries are.

6. Now we are ready for the design process to go on paper. Exact measurements will be taken and a plan drawn up.

7. Once the plan is drawn, a written quotation detailing all the works with individual pricing is presented to you for further discussion. Sometimes changes to the plan are necessary, either for budgetary reasons, or simply because a better way of achieving the desired result has come to light.

8. When all parties are happy with the plan and the final figures have been submitted, we are ready to start the construction stage.

All structural works have a six year guarantee included in the contract.

Our insurance covers all industry standard items such as work cover, public liability etc.
Your particular works may require additional insurances with the BSA which will be discussed with you at the time, but we take care of all that for you.
